From Spandau to the island of Imchen

The tour starts in the north of Spandau in the Wasserstadt and leads along the Havel to the island Imchen in the Großer Wannsee. Along the route, you pass two more islands: the island Eiswerder, once an important Prussian military site with the Royal Fireworks Laboratory, and the Citadel, the impressive Renaissance fortress with a military history, which today is an important art and cultural site. Continuing over the Südhafen to the Scharfe Lanke: Here water sports providers and clubs line the banks. In Gatow, there are the Kleine and the Große Badewiese - for a stop and refreshment in the water. Passing by the Villa Lemm, once the residence of the Commander of the British Sector of Berlin, you come to the Gutspark Neukladow, which with its picturesque mansion on a plateau offers probably the most beautiful view over the Wannsee. Finally, you arrive at the Hafen Kladow, the Riviera of Spandau, with an extensive range of excursion locations and restaurants.
