Rundwanderweg K3

From the hiking parking lot, head south to Strother Straße and follow the footpath and cycle path for 200 m in the direction of Korbach. At the water tank, follow the field path to the left. After approx. 1 km you reach the "Heidenstraße" (historical, imperial free road from Cologne to Leipzig in the Middle Ages). Turn left here to the corner of the forest. Turn right to the end of the forest. Take the forest path on the left downhill to the 'Gedenkstein 1377' (memorial stone commemorating the unification of the old and new towns of Corbach). Continue straight on for 500 m, then left, right and left again to the Redhof. Here turn left again to the edge of the forest, follow this to the right and past two ponds to the Holzhausen refuge. After 200 m, turn right uphill into the forest until you reach the country road. Turn left alongside the road and walk back to the starting point (approx. 350 m).
