Bahnradweg Hessen

Thanks to the route via the Vulkanradweg, the Milseburgradweg, through the Ulstertal and along the Solztalradweg, the route of the Bahnradweg is also a pleasure for inexperienced cyclists. The alternative route through the Kinzig valley and along the Vogelsberg Südbahnradweg also promises pure cycling pleasure. Over 245 km of cycling on former railroad tracks, away from normal traffic, with an excellent surface and only moderate climbs of a maximum of 3%. And downhill it rolls all by itself. The nature parks in Spessart, Vogelsberg and Rhön offer panoramic views. Nature lovers will enjoy the distant views, the beech forests and the floodplains of the Nidder, Schlitz, Fulda and Ulster rivers.
