A challenging tour with over 1,100 meters of ascent on the trail of hydropower use.
We follow the trail of hydropower in the Hotzenwald. Starting from the Energy Museum in Rickenbach, we pass the old Hottingen power station, then have to climb quite a bit to the Hornberg basin before heading back downhill towards the Bad Säckingen Rhine power station.
