The tour takes you through the largest moor in the region by far, where the oldest bog body in Lower Saxony was found. Visitors can follow in the footsteps of the more than 2000-year-old "Moora" at the "Gate to the Moor" information center and learn interesting facts about the former life in this area. Along the circular path, you can discover the unique moor landscape. Make sure to also climb the observation tower for a great view over the moor.
