Becoming a hero is not achieved by driving this lap. However, one definitely improves their form, as the many rather short climbs demand their toll despite the low total distance. Heading north past Plettenberg, the lap leads through Sonneborn to St. Claas and from there to Helden, before ending back in Attendorn after a beautiful descent.
