PLEASE NOTE: The certified path on the Zeiselberg does not run up the Glücklichtweg to the viewing platform due to the steep incline, but instead runs parallel to the Zeiselberg in the direction of the Königsturm. However, the Glücklichtweg is accessible without steps and therefore suitable for baby carriages. There are some longitudinal inclines with a maximum gradient of 13%.

The tour starting at the train station leads via Remspark along the idyllic Grabenallee by the Josefsbach stream. This is lined with beautiful villas, old trees, cool water, wonderful corners and spots that invite you to relax and pause for a moment. Over the Zeiselberg and past the Königsturm and the former Jewish quarter, you finally reach the heart of Schwäbisch Gmünd. Gmünd's old town is characterized by its rich gold and silver tradition, churches and monasteries, enchanting alleyways and squares with numerous restaurants and cafés. It is worth taking a leisurely break here before the route leads back to the starting point via the Heilig-Kreuz-Münster and Bocksgasse.
