Bike Arena Sauerland - Around the Kuhlenberg No. 18

From the start at Bremberg, we first follow the Kurweg to Astensanatorium and from there continue downhill into the beautiful Renautal. After crossing Remberg at the marketplaces, we rush down into the valley of the Nameless and shortly before Silbach we cross the highway to bypass the village to the east along the slope. Behind Silbach, we head towards Hoher Hagen and then down towards Siedlinghausen (located on the left in the valley), which we pass. For those who prefer, they can avoid the mountain and cycle in the valley towards Siedlinghausen. Behind Siedlinghausen, after a short ascent, we stay at the same altitude and turn south uphill towards Wiemeringhausen into the Ruhr valley. Now we leisurely ride up through Niedersfeld, following the Ruhr valley, back up to Winterberg and from there back to Bremberg.
