This easy, family-friendly tour offers several highlights: two primeval forest areas, a record-breaking fir tree, a rustic and cozy place to stop for refreshments and, of course, forest and water in a variety of forms. The tour leads from Zwieslerwaldhaus to the Mittelsteighütte and Hans-Watzlik-Hain primeval forest relics and back again via the Schwellhäusl and along the Schwellsteig trail on easy paths with no major differences in altitude.
