Hike through nature to the Witznau reservoir. Slow down while listening to the sounds of nature.
If you can still enjoy the peace and quiet, this trail is just right for you. The hiking trail along the Wolfbach and Schwarza rivers lets you forget the worries of everyday life for a while. Swimming in the Witznau reservoir is prohibited, but there are always opportunities to dip your feet in the refreshing waters of the Schwarza. Opposite the Fohrenbachsäge there is a wonderful spot to take a break or if you continue towards Leinegg, there is a barbecue area with a bench and tables right next to the Schwarza.
