The 583 m high, legendary Kottmar lies in the middle of the Lusatian Highlands. This long, wooded mountain is surrounded by a charming hilly landscape with fields, meadows and scattered woodland. Cycle along the village roads through our surrounding countryside, through forests and meadows, away from the noise and hustle and bustle, but also through six picturesque and dreamy Upper Lusatian villages. Their streets and the maze of alleyways are lined with typical Umgebinde houses. Enjoy wonderful views as far as the Giant Mountains, the Jeschken, the Bohemian volcanic mountains or the vast heathland of Lower Lusatia.
