The route leads downhill from the southern part of the old town via Aunham to Afham. After the halfway point, the route then climbs about 1.5 km towards Bad Griesbach-Therme, where the ridge offers a magnificent view of the town skyline. After a short descent and ascent, you quickly reach the starting point again, where you can also stop for refreshments. The entire route runs on tar and gravel paths and is therefore easy to walk in all weathers.
