E-Bike Vulkan-Tour

This challenging tour takes us through valleys and over the heights of the volcanic mountains. It takes us past the Erleweiher pond in Endingen through fertile vineyards, above the Silberbrunnen fountain to Eichstetten and over the beautiful Vogelsang Pass.

After climbing the pass above the Silberbrunnen fountain from Endingen, the route continues leisurely along the Riedkanal down in Eichstetten to Bötzingen. The fairly steep ascent to the highest point of the route, the Vogelsang Pass, begins roughly in the middle of the town, from where a detour to the viewing tower on the Eichelspitze is recommended. This is immediately followed by a long, rewarding descent to the village of V.-Oberbergen.

The route continues via V.-Oberrotweil up a short climb to the well-known wine village of V.-Bischoffingen. The three municipalities belong to the town of Vogtsburg, which is the largest wine-growing municipality in Baden-Württemberg.
After cycling up and down through the vineyards with fantastic views of the Kaiserstuhl, you pass the villages of E.-Kiechlinsbergen and E.-Königschaffhausen. Along fields and orchards, we return to our starting point in Endingen. Here we can round off the tour with a stroll through the town, which is packed with sights and museums.Of course, the tour can also be done in the opposite direction!
