Bergerdorfer Weg

From the starting point at the raft harbor, you walk along the Regen towards the parking garage, past the outdoor pool and straight on to the green area where you branch off. On an idyllic trail, always along the Regen, you reach Altenstadt. Walk through the village to Galgenberg. Here you will find the "Schwedenschanze" natural monument with ramparts, which bear witness to the first settlement of Cham. You should also enjoy the wonderful view of the Regental valley and the Bavarian Forest mountains. Continue in the direction of Kammerdorf. Before the settlement, keep to the right and go through the railroad underpass, then follow the Chambtal cycle path. In Kammerdorf you have the opportunity to stop for a break (refreshments available) before continuing a short distance along the Chambtal cycle path. At the next railroad underpass, the path branches off to the north. Past the sports field, follow the markings through the settlement and the wooded area at Hetzenberg, where you will come to the spa clinic. Via Klinikstraße you finally reach the center of Windischbergerdorf, the destination of this hiking trail. Here you can connect to the Ch2 hiking trail or recover from the hike before returning along the same route.
