The hiking trail leads from the starting point at the town hall over the Regenbrücke bridge, then right into Rieslstraße uphill to the end of the forest road. From here, follow the markings for approx. 1 ½ hours, sometimes steeply uphill through the forest to the village of Rossberg. On the right-hand side you have a wonderful view of the Haidstein, Hohenbogen, Kaitersberg and the Osser. Now continue on a road with little traffic to the village of Gillisberg, turn left at the Fatima Chapel, continue downhill and then take the Regental cycle path back to Miltach.
