Roßhofweg

This hiking trail leads from the center of the village via Bergstraße up to the Schönberger estate just before the edge of the forest. It then goes straight into the so-called "Prosdorfer Forst". A connecting path runs through this state forest to the forest road. Cross the road and continue steeply uphill on a gravel road to the Roßhof pass (680 m), a former mountain inn with the so-called "Roßhofer Kapelle". From here, various destinations can be reached via the Waldmünchen paths. In the north, the Zwirenzel could be a destination, in the south the "Kathlfelsen" viewpoint with summit cross and the "Arberblick" viewpoint with a wonderful view of the Gleißenberg valley and the Bavarian Forest mountain ranges behind it would be worth a visit.
