This 8km circular route leads from the Tourist Info via Lambacher Straße on the footpath to Oberschmelz. Once in Oberschmelz, leave the road and turn right. A narrow path along the edge of the forest leads to Himmelreich, Buchet, Fürstenzeche mine and Berghäusl, with views of the Bavarian Forest mountains all the way to the Großer Arber. At Berghäusl, the panoramic trail turns right into a forest path that leads downhill back to the village.
