Hundshautweg

From the starting point in Willmering, head west out of the village. After the sewage treatment plant, the hiking trail turns right onto a meadow path. Continue along a gravel path, which you leave again to the left after 230 m. After a short stretch on a field path, you reach an asphalt road lined with birch trees. On the way towards Rhanwalting, the path is repeatedly accompanied by benches that invite you to linger. In Rhanwalting, you pass the village pond, a chapel and a playground. Follow the markings on the hiking trail. At the end of the village, you walk along fruit trees until you reach a signpost pointing the way to the right. After walking through a small wooded area, Waffenbrunn is already in sight. The trail descends into the village center with its castle and church. After 2 km, you reach the starting point in Willmering via small asphalt paths through the "Hundshaut".
