We head north from the overview board in the parking lot at the entrance to Rettenbach. Then we cross the main road (watch out for busy roads!) and walk past Grubmühle. We then turn left over the Jakelberg to Bergershof. The state road must then be crossed (watch out for heavy traffic!). Brieberg is reached via the Kasplatten. The markings then lead over the Röhrlberg back to the starting point in Rettenbach.
