Follow the high path up to the edge of the forest, then turn left and up a mountain slope that is strewn with numerous interesting rocks. Steeply rising individual boulders, narrow passages, caves and loopholes stretch up to the highest point of the Geißriegel (746 m). From there, the trail crosses over to the Keilhöhle cave and then runs back to Lixenried.
