Daily stage from Marktleugast-Hermes to Kulmbach

Route: Start: Landgasthof Haueis, Hermes - Kupferberg - Neufang - Wirsberg - Neuenmarkt - Hegnabrunn - Ludwigsschorgast - Untersteinach - Kauerndorf - Kulmbach, 23 km. Departure. If desired an additional night in Kulmbach can also be booked!

Tour details:
Start: Landgasthof Haueis, Hermes. Ride first to the small town of Kupferberg, (Kupferberg Mining Museum) from there to Neufang and on to the health resort Wirsberg (the wedding village in the countryside).

Through Wirsberg and on to Neuenmarkt (German Steam Locomotive Museum). Continue to Hegnabrunn. From there, turn right to Ludwigschorgast and continue on the Main Cycle Path to Kulmbach as far as Hotel Ertl.

Sights and attractions: Kulmbach, known as the secret beer capital, is dominated by the Hohenzollern residence Plassenburg with the German Tin Figure Museum, the Obermain Landscape Museum, the interior of Plassenburg Castle with the "Frederick the Great" Army Museum, the Hohenzollern Museum and the historic Margrave Rooms. Bavarian Brewery Museum and Bavarian Bakery Museum, as well as the German Spice Museum in Kulmbach Mönchshof.
