FERNANDO FERNÁN GÓMEZ
Actor born in Lima (Peru, 1921). He was a writer, actor, director, screenwriter, filmmaker and theater. Member of the Royal Film Academy, where he held the chair until his death in B 2000. He studied Philosophy at Madrid, but was soon aroused the passion for the theater, taking classes at the School of Actors of the CNT during the Civil War and made his debut in the Society of Laura Pinillos.
He began working as an actor in the 40's and in the decade of 50, established himself as an actor of comedy, drama and religious cinema. In the 70 stands out as one of the most sought after actors of the transition, rolling titles like "The Spirit of the Beehive," "Mama Turns 100" or "Top Azaña."
