This palace is the most important monument of Ronda (next to the bridge and the bullring) , for historical and architectural reasons.
There is a legend where it is said that this was the home of the great Moorish king Abbel Malik . He was the son of the sultan of Morocco, Abul Asan.
The palace can currently be visited, very beautiful and worth the effort. You can see several patios and mosaics here, each of which has a unique style. Especially the mudejar patio is a gem. The building also houses a small city museum . The 14th century building also has some beautiful gardens. From the palace you have an amazingly beautiful view .
