In the same park as the King's Fountain is the Health Fountain.
According to legend, this was the place where Alfonso XI camped. It was built out of necessity to canalize the well that supplies the city.
It was built in the 16th century . It has a large frontispiece in the Mannerist style.
The entire surface of the structure is covered in polychrome marble and in the center there is a niche with the effigy of Our Lady of La Cabeza. On the rocks of the fountain there are several reliefs, a shepherd with his sheep and the figures of Neptune, Amphitrite and Medusa.
