The Church of San Nicolás de Bari was originally a Gothic-Mudejar building and in the 18th century it was rebuilt into a Baroque building.
The exterior has two doors, one at the base and one in the nave.
It consists of five naves separated by red marble columns brought from Genoa and surmounted by barrel vaults. Inside the church there are numerous altarpieces to admire, most of them in Baroque style. In the main altarpiece, the central niche stands out with the image of Saint Nicholas of Bari, to whom the church is dedicated. He was a 4th century bishop and his body is buried in the Italian city of Bari.
