Barcelona - Tibidabo - Sant Cugat del Vallès - Barcelona. Road cycling Catalonia

CPB (Costa / Paisatges Barcelona): Route 7

Leave Barcelona towards the Northwest, heading uphill towards such attractions as CosmoCaixa, the Tibidabo Amusement Park, and the Fabra Observatory, and into the Coll de Collserola Natural Park above the city, before descending to pretty Sant Cugat del Valles. Ride across to Cerdanyola, then climb back across the Natural Park, and descend back down towards the city, entering the urban are near the University of Barcelona campus and the Horta Velodrome. The route takes you on a final climb, inside the city, past the entrance of the famous Parc Guell Sculpture Park. From there, traverse the city in a straight line, to end up at your starting point, in striking distance of Ciutadella Park, the Parliament of Catalunya and the Arc de Triomf.
