VAPT (Val D’Aran / Pyrenees / Lleida): Route 8
This is a difficult ride, which rewards the rider with fantastic views, throughout. There are some gravel segments, so a gravel bike, or a road bike with larger tyres would be a good bike of choice. There are essentially 6 main climbs in this ride, ranging from 400m of gain to 100m. Where the road runs along the dammed River Rialb, the views are stunning.
