The Hôtel de Fourcroy is a former private residence built during the 15th and 16th centuries
centuries, on the fiefdom of Fourcroy, an estate later bought by Bernard Potier de Gesvres who bequeathed it to his niece, Anne-Madeleine de Tresmes, in 1661, with the aim of creating a children's hospice there. The hospice was left in the care of nuns until the First World War. The building was requisitioned by the Germans and suffered some damage. Maintaining its charitable role, it now houses the Medical-Educational Institute "Le Moulin Vert".
