The national necropolis of Marxberg is located on the road to Buhl. 1608 bodies are buried there. You will find the graves of soldiers who fell in the battle of Sarrebourg (August 1914) and those who died in the town's hospitals (French and German), as well as the graves of soldiers from the territory of Hesse, Imling, Hoff, Réding, St Pierre Biberkirch and the bodies of soldiers who died during the occupation in the Rhineland. Soldiers who died during the campaign of mid-June 1940 are also buried there.
