The 1676's antic fountain adjoins the big Shipowner's house, Olet Baita. It was bequeathed in 1995 to the municipality by Mister Robert Morel Francoz. In the shape of sharp obelisk of 2m of height, it was the main place of supply of the city center before the water conveyance at the beginning of the 20th century. It wears coat of arms damaged by time as well as by revolutionaries and which were then awarded to the city of Ciboure. The antic fountain is registered on the inventory of historic monuments since 1993.
