Built in the 16th century, the church at Lentilles has always been considered the most typical timber-framed church in the Champagne region.
Preceded by a covered porch, the church comprises a four-bay nave flanked by aisles, ending in a one-bay choir and a three-sided apse.
It features stained-glass medallion windows dating from the 16th century.
The church at Lentilles attracts visitors with its rustic architecture and materials (wood, earth and cob), giving it originality, simplicity and charm.
