The Garos museum retraces the history of this unique craft. Until the early 20th century, women in Garos and Bouillon in northern Béarn practiced the art of pottery. Their renowned pots were widely sold throughout south-western France, and even crossed the Atlantic to Canada. This is what the museum recounts through a range of fun and attractive activities, such as sound showers. In July and August, intergenerational modeling workshops for children aged 6 and over are held every Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon, with registration.
