Gîte Les Vergnes is located in a small hamlet just 2 km from the A20 motorway and 7 km from La Souterraine. The house is located on a farm where cattle and goats are raised. Thierry, the owner, will be very attentive to your requests. He knows the area like the back of his hand and will be happy to advise you on your walks and hikes. The gîte adjoins an unoccupied dwelling and the offices of the GAEC agricole. Land of approx. 300m². The large translucent-covered terrace faces south-east. The land behind the house is an enclosed wheat-growing field. A vertical blind closes the terrace on the side of the road. Not overlooked. Pets welcome under guests' supervision (farm animals: cows and goats).
