In the heart of Urval, a small, peaceful village in the Périgord Noir nestled in a green setting, this little house will transport you out of time. Here, the village is punctuated only by the bell of the listed 12th-century church and birdsong.
The Maisonnette is one of the oldest houses in the village. On one side, it opens onto the pond of the old village mill, and on the other, onto a landscaped courtyard.
On the first floor, a fitted kitchen and upstairs a living room with fireplace, library, sofa bed and bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet.
