At Les ateliers de Sachemont, you can see the creations of three craftsmen from the same family:
Yannick, the father, is a sculptor, and his two children, Thomas and Antoine, are wood turners and cutlery blacksmiths.
After having created numerous models for art foundries as a sculptor, Yannick decided to develop a decorative line to complement the work of Thomas and Antoine, in order to open an exhibition space in our home, the former Sachemont school.
The aim was to create a space that reflected and drew inspiration from the geographical setting of the Vosges forest, hence the presence of wood, iron, mushrooms and other materials that form the basis of creations such as lighting, furniture, knives? (a non-exhaustive list).
