The Cottage Gascon offers you all the modern facilities such as WIFI and private sanitary facilities in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, ideal for a stay with family or friends. There is a private above ground swimming pool (8 x 4m). This fully renovated house is located on a 20ha property of meadows and woods ? for beautiful walks and a few km from Castéra-Verduzan for an evening at the Casino or an afternoon at the Base de Loisirs with its beach or the Centre Thermal. Sheets and towels provided, cleaning included... just remember to bring your beach towels! Ground floor on 2 levels: entrance, equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, 1st bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with private bathroom and toilet, 2nd bedroom (2 beds 90) with private bathroom, independent toilet. On the 1st floor: 3rd bedroom (1 bed 160), 4th bedroom "children" (2 beds 90), bathroom with shower and toilet. Very good quality bedding.
