Completely independent on an unfenced plot of 5000m² you can enjoy the view of the Gers valleys to the north and the Pyrenees to the south on a clear day. A real treat! You will stay in a house with several bay windows which brings a lot of light in the living room and on the mezzanine. Each room has its own shower room inside the room or on the landing so everyone can take their time to get ready. Entrance, on the left a bedroom with 1 bed 140 and its private washbasin/bathtub corner, on the doorstep an independent toilet with washbasin. On the right a kitchen and a storeroom completing the equipment and storage. You arrive on the living room, a large and very luminous room. On the floor a mezzanine with a corner living room TV/library then a room with 2 beds 90, a water room, an independent WC and the third room with 1 bed 160 (+ 1 bed of supplement in 70) having a private bathroom.
