25 min from Carcassonne and the famous city of Carcassonne, in the heart of a Minervois winegrowing estate with views of the vineyards and the Pyrenees. The gite opens onto a wooded environment and has a swimming pool shared with the Domaine's guest rooms. The whole site is closed, parking in the property. At 70 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean and 65 km from Béziers. Ground floor : Living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 3 single beds (90 cm), 2 of which are bunk beds, shower room, WC. The washing machine is at the disposal of the owners who live on the Domain. Electricity 7?/day to be paid on the spot to the owner. Animals are welcome under condition of size and good behavior.
