The Colin Group is a family affair! The company was founded in 1966 by Georges Colin, from a farming family.

It all began with herbs dried in the hop dryer in the village of Mittelhausen, which gave rise to dehydrated herbs... This was the beginning of Colin spices!

For 50 years, the Colin Group has been offering spices, ingredients and culinary bases.
Following the opening of its Strasbourg boutique, the Mittelhausen site now has its own! As you enter the reception hall, you'll find a pretty selection of spices and other culinary aids.
