Description

2484 French soldiers, including 1337 in the ossuary. At the top of the cemetery, the Czechoslovakian soldiers' plot: 284 killed in October 1918, including 160 unknown in the ossuary. Bodies come from Sugny, Condé-lès-Vouziers, Chestres, Terron-sur-Aisne and Vrizy. Monument "À la mémoire des légionnaires des 21ème et 22ème régiments tchécoslovaques tombés au champ d'honneur en 1914-1918 aux côtés de leurs camarades des armées alliées pour la liberté" Russian soldiers' square: 124 bodies of German prisoners. 10 graves of Belgian civilians deported to work as German prisoners. 3 British graves The Necropolis will be listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2023, along with the Funerary and Memorial Sites of the First World War (Western Front)
