La Petite Biscuiterie

Since 1996, we have been a pastry baker in Maizières-la-Grande-Paroisse, we have created around ten biscuits. Building on our success (around fifty points of sale in Aube and Marne), we separated from our bakery to open our biscuit factory. La Petite Biscuiterie offers you its specialties: natural maizièron “small butter par excellence”, rum “subtle and excellent”, roasted chopped almonds “to enjoy with a large bowl of hot chocolate”, crushed hazelnuts “to chew without moderation”, oil essential lemon “to accompany your teas”, orange blossom “delicately scented”, caramel “the best”, vanilla-chocolate “the delight of children”... And even other artisanal products to come and discover (croquets with hazelnuts and Othe squares). All our products are pure butter, without coloring or preservatives. Opening of our gourmet coffee room “Chez Jeunesse”: Wednesday and Saturday, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
