This 100m2 cottage is composed of an independent house on one level integrating a large living room, dining room and kitchen in the form of an open space of 60m2, two bedrooms with beds 160x200, one of which has a dressing room and 1 bedroom with a bed 90x200, as well as a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet.
One of the assets of this lodging, its large terrace of 50m2 covered with a roof in tiles of the country allows to take advantage of the sight on the garden of 7200m2 and the swimming pool.
