Biran 3 km : Magnificent manor house (400m² - ground floor + first floor) entirely restored (mainly recycled and bio-sourced materials) with beautiful living spaces and a careful decoration. Located in a charming hamlet, and adjoining a house (1 person), this house overlooks a large garden with a private swimming pool (salt) for the exclusive use of holidaymakers (10x4m - alarm) near an outbuilding (200m ²) with ping-pong table, basketball hoop at disposal. A tennis court is available without a fee, 6 km from the gîte. All the assets are gathered for holidays of rest and well-being! In order to optimize the conditions of reception, the arrivals to the lodging are programmed from 5 pm. Sheets and towels are offered for a minimum stay of one week. For short stays, sheets and towels are extra. Bicycles available. Dining room/kitchen, laundry room, living room (convertible), wc/hand washbasin, 1 bedroom with private se/wc (2 twin beds), leisure room. First floor: living room, 2 bedrooms with private wc (4 single beds), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds), bathroom, wc/hand wash basin.
Outbuilding and shelter to park 3 cars. Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory, payment at the entrance of the gite (120?)
For all stays in June, July and August, electricity is included in the rental price.
