The media chef Adrien Pedrazzi (Masterchef 4) with his restaurant was crowned best French restaurant of Italian fusion cuisine by Lux Life magazine for his Italian-Gascon concept. He is thus a recognized ambassador for his two territories of heart, namely Italy and Gascony.
Adrien is a passionate cook who is overflowing with inventiveness.
The dishes are finely worked on the models of the cooking of yesteryear as the simmering of the cheek of beef confit in chianti. The pizzas are among the best in the city and will satisfy everyone.
