Baptiste strives to offer you quality and taste by selecting his products, so you will find sheep's cheese from his producers in the Basque Country, Bearn and even Chalosse if you are lucky. Finally, a small selection of local wines and charcuteries will complete your plate such as the Ham of Kintoa, precious Basque pig of Aldudes.
