I chose to name my cannery after the emblematic river of Gascony: the Adour river rises in the Hautes Pyrénées department, then crosses the Gers, the Landes and the Pyrénées Atlantiques, before flowing into the Ocean, promising generous pastures.
It is thus naturally in these four departments that I rigorously choose the raw material of my products: calves raised under the mother, Basque pigs in the open air, oxen of Landes...
The team of the cannery, composed of pork butchers and cooks/caterers, works to recreate the recipes from our Gascon history and transmitted from generation to generation.
We offer a range of natural products, cooked in a traditional way, where preservatives and coloring agents, guilty of many unpleasantness for the health, are banished !
