The second shop of the Boulangerie-Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie Le Mont-Olympe offers you a selection of its organic breads, fine pastries, Ardennes specialities, Carré DU Monde® chocolate creations, as well as a choice of small meals to take away. All the products are hand-made with first-rate raw materials: organic flour, pure and ethical grand cru chocolate, whole milk, but also almonds and hazelnuts roasted on the spot. The pastries and viennoiseries are 100% fresh butter, without vegetable fat and without pork gelatine. That's why it's so fine, and so good ! This shop is also the chocolate workshop of Carré DU Monde® creations. An initiative of Fabien Domelier, the first artisan creator of "bean-to-bar*" chocolate in the Ardennes.
