A fine bicycle trip to the eastern side of Montagne de Couspeau. It takes you from Le Serre de Turc and after a short and easy climb via Comps to Orcinas. The views in the valley of the Roubion river and on Montagne de Couspeau to the East are splendid. From Crupies to Bouvrières the route follows Le Roubion. In Bouvrières the easy climb of Col de Lescou begins. From Col Lescou the route stays high on the ridge of Montagne Couspeau until Col de Muse. From there it goes down steeply into the valley of the Lance river until Saint-Nazaire-le-Désert. The return trip innitially follows the valley of La Roanne, goes over Col de Lescou and returns to Bouvrières and Crupies. From Crupies the climb of Col de l'Homme begins. Once in this last col, it goes downhill via La Pailette to Montjouw and Le Serre de Turc.
