In the footsteps of the poet Maurice Blanchard

This is not a walk but a project. The poet Maurice Blanchard moved from Montdidier to Toulon in 1908. He was 18 years old. He didn't have money for a train and he was going to serve in the Navy for 5 years. What he didn't know is that he was entitled to a paid trip. But he was not aware of this. So he did it while walking. For this route we did not choose historical accuracy but beautiful paths that include classics such as the De Carleport à Contes route, the GR 655, the Chemin Estelle, the GR1, European Long Distance Path E3, Pays du Gâtimais, la Loire Sauvage à pied, Canal Lateral à la Loire, Chemin de Bellevue,.... follows.
