This cycling route near Sandwich gives a good image of its surroundings. Remember to enjoy the piece and quiet along with the water (Wantsum Channel). There is little (no) chance you will be seeing cars along this route. You can start this route at a train station (Richboro Port railway station). You can start this route everywhere, but this castle (Sandown Castle) is certainly a good place to start. Don't forget to stop at East Kent Railway. I belief everyone will agree: a great route.
